HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09152009 - C.37RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Donna Wigand), to execute, on behalf of the County, Interagency Agreement #29-525-4 with First 5 Contra Costa Children and Families Commission, to pay County an amount not to exceed $562,755, to provide wraparound and other mental health services for children ages 0 to 5 years, for the period from July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. FISCAL IMPACT: Approval of this agreement will result in $562,755 for FY 2009-2010 from First 5 Contra Costa Children and Families Commission (Proposition 10 – First Five funds) for wraparound and other mental health services for children. No County match is required. On August 19, 2008, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #29-525-3 with First 5 Contra Costa Children and Families Commission to provide wraparound and other mental health services for children ages 0 to 5 years, for the period from July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009. Approval of this Interagency Agreement #29-525-4 will allow County’s Mental Health Division to continue to provide wraparound and other mental health services to children through June 30, 2010. Three sealed/certified copies of this Board Order should be returned to the Contracts and Grants Unit.
