HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 08252009 - C.87RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Jeff Smith, M.D.), to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #26-614-2 with Sodexo America, LLC, a limited liability company, effective April 1, 2009, to amend Contract #26-614-1, to increase the payment limit by $92,000, from $280,466 to a new payment limit of $372,466 with no change in the original term of January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I. BACKGROUND: On February 3, 2009, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #26-614-1 with Sodexo America, LLC for the period from January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009, to provide management and oversight of the Environmental Services Unit at Contra Costa Regional Center and Contra Costa Health Centers including providing day-to-day on-site management, addressing potential problem and ensuring standards of cleanliness.
