THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA

SUBJECT: Public Hearing on the Revenue Bond Financing
for Various Multi-Family Projects
In accordance with Section 103(k)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code, the Board
of Supervisors and the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners this day held a
noticed public hearing on the proposed issuance of industrial revenue bonds, for the
purpose of assisting in the financing of a multifamily residential housing facility for
projects as follows:

No one appeared to express their views on the issuance of such bonds or on
the nature and location of the facility proposed to be financed.
The hearing was declared closed and the Board was informed that bond sale
resolution(s) would be forwarded for consideration as appropriate, and that no action
is required of the Board at this time.
