HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12031985 - T.2 ro 3U Aq THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA DATE: December 3, 1985 MATTER OF RECORD SUBJECT: Public Hearing on the Revenue Bond Financing for Various Multi-Family Projects In accordance with Section 103(k)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code, the Board of Supervisors and the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners this day held a noticed public hearing on the proposed issuance of industrial revenue bonds, for the purpose of assisting in the financing of a multifamily residential housing facility for projects as follows: Owner Location Amount A Limited Partnership in 446-458 Morello Ave. $8,100,000 which' David R. Carney is (AR,#161-120-005, 011, & 018), Managing General Partner Martinez Hawaii & San Francisco 13700-13728 San Pablo Ave. $10,100,000 Development Company (AP #417-120-004, 005, 006, 007, & 016), San Pablo Muir Terrace Partnership 4640 Pacheco Blvd. $9,30.0,000 (AP X6161-262-018), Martinez TRI Development Co. Hampshire Ave. at Halsey, $3,500,000 North Fair Oaks area, San Mateo County Moraga Royale, A General, Country Club Dr., & $5,300,000 Partnership (A Partnership Canyon Rd., Moraga of Jona Goldrick, Saul Kest, Robert Hirsch, Warren Breslow, and Manny Aftergut) No one appeared to express their views on the issuance of such bonds or on the nature and location of the facility proposed to be financed. The hearing was declared closed and the Board was informed that bond sale resolution(s) would be forwarded for consideration as appropriate, and that no action is required of the Board at this time.
