HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12031985 - T.13 g T.13 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on r December 3, 1985 , by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Powers NOES: None ABSENT : Supervisor Fanden ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Appeal of the Annette-Kingston Homeowners from the drainage' system requirement condition imposed by the PlanningCommission in approving Subdivision 66709 Pleasant' Hill Bart Station area This being the time for hearing on the appeal of the Annette-Kingston Homeowners with respect to the proposed drainage system requirement' in the Contra Costa County Planning Commission's , conditional approval of the application (Subdivision 6670) of Desco Investments (applicant) and Miller, O'Bryan, Hawksworth, Leipstand, McGrath, Evans and Tekrony (owners) to divide 4 .8 acres into 92 con- dominium units inja single family residential district (R-15) on the northeast corner of Walden Road and Oak Road in the Walnut Creek- Pleasant Hill Bart Station area; and Mr. Harvey Bragdon, Assistant Director of Community Development, advised that a negative declaration of Environmental Significance was posted on these applications. Mr. Bragdon further advised that the Board on November 50 1985 had approvedl!rezoning application 2630-RZ and the Final Development Plan 3037-85 for the 92-unit condominium project and that subsequentlyithe Homeowners Association had written a letter withdrawing the above appeal. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the withdrawal of the aforesaid appeal of the Annette-Kingston Homeowners Association is hereby ACCEPTED.
