ADOPT Resolution No. 2009/354 superseding Resolution No. 99/601 County Library
Policy for Standards of Behavior for the Use of Facilities, Equipment, and Materials of the
Library.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None.
BACKGROUND:
The Board of Supervisors last adopted a County Library Policy for the Standards of
Behavior for Use of the Facilities, Equipment, and Materials of the Library in 1999
(Resolution No. 99/601). This policy has been updated to reflect current needs and
incorporates provisions from County Resolution No. 96/184 "Policy Prohibiting Violence in
the Workplace." County Counsel has reviewed this updated policy.
