HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 08042009 - C.61RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Purchasing Agent, on behalf of Health Services Department, to execute a Change Order to Blanket Purchase Order 27939 with Network D Corporation to add $58,967.93 to a new total of $140,845.25 for LANDesk Service Software Maintenance License. FISCAL IMPACT: 100% Enterprise Fund I. BACKGROUND: LANDesk has been used within the Health Services Department for approximately ten (10) years. The integration of Information Systems Unit service desk with our current Core and Asset Management system provides quality reporting, process management transparency and support for over 4,500 devices to include workstations, laptops, printers, scanners, Blackberry and other Personal Digital Devices as well as servers. The LANDesk Software offers the integration and transparency as well as providing a functional customer request ticket following the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standards.
