HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12171985 - X.10 x.1O THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on December 17 , 1985 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson Panden NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Authorize the Emergency Relocation of Marsh Creek Road, W.O. 6509, Clayton Area The Public Works Director having advised that the continued use of Marsh Creek Road is threatened by a landslide, that an emergency relocation of the road is necessary and that said work is exempt from CEQA requirements in accordance with Section 15071(a) "Emergency Projects" of the California Quality Act; and The Public Works Director having recommended that he be authorized to proceed with the emergency relocation of Marsh Creek Road using hired labor and equipment at an estimated cost of $30,000, said monies being available from the County Road Maintenance funds; IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the recommendation of the Public Works Director is APPROVED.
