NO. 06-27 ZONE 3108 ORD NO. 07-13 ZONE 3109 ORD NO. 07-38 ZONE 3110 ORD NO. 07-39 FISCAL IMPACT: $1,323,642 cumulative revenue from all zones within County Service Area (CSA) P-6 in fiscal year 2009/10. This amount reflects a 0.2% increase in revenue from the fiscal year 2008/09 cumulative amount of approximately $1,321,000. Revenue from zones within CSA P-6 is adjusted annually based on the June, urban area Consumer Price Index (CPI-U) for the San Francisco Bay Area. BACKGROUND: The above action fixes the assessment rate per parcel in County Service Area (CSA) P-6 Zones as outlined in each zone Ordinance. In July of each calender year, the Board of Supervisors authorizes the assessment rate to be levied upon parcels in each CSA P-6 Zone based on the June CPI-U indicator released by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) as discussed in the fiscal impact section. Due to the significant amount of parcels in CSA P-6 zones, only the cumulative assessment amount is included in the fiscal impact section. Information regarding specific parcel assessments in particular zones is available for inspection in the Sheriff's Fiscal Services unit.
