HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 07212009 - C.105RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Donna Wigand), to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #74–043–15 with Seneca Residential and Day Treatment Center for Children, a non-profit corporation, effective June 1, 2009, to amend Novation Contract #74–043–14, to increase the payment limit by $55,000, from $500,000 to a new payment limit of $555,000, with no change in the original term of July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009, and to increase the automatic extension payment limit by $27,500, from $250,000 to a new payment limit of $277,500, with no change in the term of the automatic extension, through December 31, 2009. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 50% by Federal Medi-Cal, 45% by State Early and Periodic, Diagnosis, and Treatment (EPSDT), and 5% Mental Health Realignment. Approval of Contract Amendment Agreement #74–043–15 will allow the Contractor to provide services to additional children, through June 30, 2009.
