HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 07212009 - C.103RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Donna Wigand), to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #74–220–7 with Seneca Residential and Day Treatment Center for Children, a non-profit corporation, effective May 1, 2009, to amend Novation Contract #74–220–6, to increase the payment limit by $550,487, from $2,035,047 to a new payment limit of $2,585,534, with no change in the original term of July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009, and to increase the automatic extension payment limit by $275,244, from $1,017,523 to a new payment limit of $1,292,767, with no change in the term of the automatic extension, through December 31, 2009. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 23% by Federal FFP Medi-Cal, 22% by State Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT), 34% by Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA/SB 90), and 21% by the Mount Diablo Unified School District. Diablo Unified School District and their families. Approval of Contract Amendment Agreement #74–220–7 will allow the Contractor to provide services to additional students, through June 30, 2009.
