HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 07212009 - C.97RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Donna Wigand), to execute on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #24–409–27 with West Contra Costa Youth Services Bureau, a non-profit corporation, effective June 1, 2009, to amend Novation Contract #24-409-25 (as amended by #24-409-26), to increase the payment limit by $38,000, from $970,000 to a new payment limit of $1,008,000, with no change in the original term of July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009, and to increase the automatic extension payment limit by $19,000, from $485,000 to a new payment limit of $504,000 with no change in the term, through December 31, 2009. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 50% Federal Medi-Cal, 47% State Early and Periodic, Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment Program (EPSDT), and 3% Mental Health Realignment. Approval of Contract Amendment Agreement #24–409–27 will allow the Contractor to provide services to additional EPSDT clients through June 30, 2009.
