FISCAL IMPACT: The County will pay a contingency fee of nine percent (9%) based on net recovery under the contract. These attorneys are representing other municipalities on this issue and it is understood that this joint representation may give rise to the possibility of conflicts of interest. The potential advantage of joint representation is anticipated to outweigh any potential conflict. As such, the attorneys have requested that the County waive any and all conflicts of interest arising from such joint representation.
