Against Domestic Violence, a non-profit corporation, in a amount not to exceed $231,860 to provide domestic violence support services to California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKs) participants for the period July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. FISCAL IMPACT: $231,860: 65% CalWORKs Single Allocation (20% County; 40% State; 40% Federal); 35% County costs as authorized by Zero Tolerance for Domestic Violence BACKGROUND: STAND! Against Domestic Violence was selected through the competitive bid process, Request for Proposal (RFP) 1104. STAND! Against Domestic Violence provides a wide array of domestic violence services, tailored to meet the specific needs of the Workforce Services Bureau.
