Glover D. 2 CONSIDER potential revenue and tax expenditure proposals under consideration by the Urban Counties Caucus for recommendation to the Legislature's Budget Conference Committee and DETERMINE action to be taken regarding their adoption. (Supervisor Gioia) Chair Bonilla clarified that the Board’s action today was to provide Supervisor Gioia, Chair of the Urban Counties Caucus (UCC), input from Contra Costa County so that the UCC can join with the California State Association of Counties (CSAC) to make recommendations to the legislature’s Budget Conference Committee, noting that no position was being adopted on any specific proposal today. She added that the Board reserves the right to further information and input before adopting a position.
