APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE Appropriations and Revenue Adjustment No 5107
authorizing new revenue in the amount of $106,415 ($33,800 from Prop 12 Grant money;
$72,335 reimbursement from Redevelopment Agency for Soccer Field & Maintenance
District Establishment and $280 in Facilities Rent) and appropriating it to cover
unanticipated expenditures related to special department expenses for Public Works- County
Service Area M-17 Montalvin Manor fund 248900- org 7489:
FISCAL IMPACT:
No impact to the general fund. This action provides additional appropriations from
unanticipated non-general fund revenues and budgets them for anticipated expenditures.
BACKGROUND:
This action provides for mid-year adjustment for fiscal year 2008-2009 based on
unanticipated revenues and expenditures of County Service Area M-17 Montalvin Manor
(248900 7489) for the fiscal year 2008-2009
