APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE Appropriations and Revenue Adjustment No 5108
authorizing new revenue in the amount of $16,885, funds received from Secured Tax
Apportionments Levies and Bonds Assessments 2008-09 and reimbursements for
Annexations costs to cover unanticipated expenditures related to special department
expenses for Public Works- California Tradewind GHAD fund 282300 org 7821:
FISCAL IMPACT:
No impact to the general fund. This action provides additional appropriations from
unanticipated non-general fund revenues and budgets them for anticipated expenditures.
BACKGROUND:
This action provides for mid-year adjustment for fiscal year 2008-2009 based on
unanticipated revenues and expenditures of California Tradewinds GHAD (282300) for the
fiscal year 2008-2009
