HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06162009 - C.65RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Wendel Brunner), to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #25–051–7 with Neighborhood House of North Richmond, a non-profit corporation, in an amount not to exceed $273,675, to provide substance abuse treatment services to County’s homeless clients, for the period from July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Federal Substance Abuse/Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). BACKGROUND: This Contract meets the social needs of County’s population by providing SAMHSA-required alcohol and drug abuse treatment services, including residential treatment, intensive day treatment, and detoxification services to homeless individuals at Brookside Shelter.
