ADOPT Resolution No. 2009/283 approving the second extension of the Drainage
Improvement Agreement for Drainage Acceptance 03-00028 (cross-reference SD
03-08509), for project being developed by Windemere BLC Land Company, LLC, as
recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District
III)
FISCAL IMPACT:
None.
BACKGROUND:
95% of the work has been completed to date, and the Drainage Improvement Agreement
needs to be extended. We anticipate completion of work to be in the Fall of 2009. The
Developer needs the extension to complete the punch list items.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The Drainage Improvement Agreement will not be extended.
