ADOPT Resolution No. 2009/278 approving the second extension of the Drainage
Improvement Agreement for Drainage Acceptance 02-00012 (cross-reference SD
03-08508), for project being developed by Windemere BLC Land Company, LLC, as
recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District
III)
FISCAL IMPACT:
None.
BACKGROUND:
95% of the work has been completed and the Drainage Improvement Agreement needs to be
extended. We anticipate the date of completion to be November 30, 2009. We need to
extend the agreement to complete punch list items.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The Drainage Improvement Agreement will not be extended.
