APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute the
Temporary Environmental Studies and Survey Permit, with Peter and Gwen Dailey,
effective June 2, 2009, for the Marsh Creek Road Safety Improvements Project, as
recommended by the Public Works Director.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no impact to the County General Fund.
BACKGROUND:
The Contra Costa County Public Works Department is in the initial phase of the Marsh
Creek Road Safety Improvements Project. It is necessary to conduct environmental studies
and surveys to determine the impact in the surrounding area before the project can move
forward. As requested by the property owners, indemnification has been included in the
permit.
