recommended by the Public Works Director, Walnut Creek area. (District III)
FISCAL IMPACT:
None.
BACKGROUND:
The Grant Deeds of Development Rights are required by conditions of approval numbers 8
and14 of SD 04-08824.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The Grant Deeds of Development Rights will not be recorded.
