HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06022009 - C.21RECOMMENDATION(S): APPROVE Appropriations and Revenue Adjustment No. 5087 authorizing new revenue in Flood Control Drainage Area 37A (Fund 253400) in the amount of $2,100 for Drainage Area fees collected; in Flood Control Drainage Area 127 (Fund 2563) in the amount of $865 for Taxes collected; and Flood Control Drainage Area 76A (Fund 257600) in the amount of $7,500 for Misc. Current Services Project Specific - 6D9F07, Serefix Basin Culvert Replacement Agreement of 09/23/08, and appropriating it to cover unanticipated expenditures. FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact to the General Fund. This action provides additional appropriations from unanticipated non-General Fund realized revenues and budgets them for anticipated expenditures. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: Non-approval of adjustments will result in expenditure budget overruns within the various Flood Control Funds.
