HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06022009 - C.01RECOMMENDATION(S): APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Chair, Board of Supervisors, to execute the Thirteenth Amendment to Agreement No. 87 with Contra Costa Transportation Authority (CCTA) to increase the payment limit by $104,000 to a new payment limit of $3,418,000, with no change to the contract dates, effective March 19, 2009, to provide right of way services for the State Route 4 West Gap Project. FISCAL IMPACT: CCTA will pay the actual costs for Real Property staff right of way services. BACKGROUND: CCTA requires a variety of right of way services related to the State Route 4 West Gap project, but has no right of way staff and has contracted with the County for these services. On August 1, 1998, the Board approved the original agreement between the County and CCTA. Additional funds from CCTA are required for the County to provide the necessary right of way services under the agreement. Accordingly, this amendment expands the total agreement value by $104,000 for a total agreement value of $3,418,000.
