HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 05192009 - C.42RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Jeff Smith, M.D.) to issue a ninety (90) day advance written notice to Denis W. Tsao, M.D., a self-employed individual, to terminate Contract #26-512-3 for provision of anesthesiology services at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers, effective close of business on August 19, 2009. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract was funded 100% by Enterprise I Funds. BACKGROUND: On April 15, 2008, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #26-512-3 with Denis W. Tsao, M.D., for the period from February 29, 2008 through February 28, 2011, for the provision of anesthesiology services at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers.
