HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 05192009 - C.38RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Donna Wigand), to execute on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #24–938–15 with Seneca Residential and Day Treatment Center for Children, a non-profit corporation, effective May 1, 2009, to amend Novation Contract #24–938–14, to increase the payment limit by $35,000, from $131,135 to a new payment limit of $166,135, with no change in the original term of July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009, and to increase the automatic extension payment limit by $17,500, from $65,567 to a new payment limit of $83,067, with no change in the term of the automatic extension, through December 31, 2009. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 44% by Federal Medi-Cal, 44% by State Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT), and 12% Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA/SB90). Approval of Contract Amendment Agreement #24–938–15 will allow the Contractor to provide services to additional students through June 30, 2009.
