HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 05192009 - C.31RECOMMENDATION(S): APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Librarian, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with Donna Massa effective June 30, 2009, to increase the payment limit by $66,150 to a new payment limit of $132,300 for long-term financial planning and process improvements for the library, for the period June 30, 2009 through June 30, 2010. FISCAL IMPACT: The $66,150 is included in the library's 2009/10 budget. BACKGROUND: Ms. Massa provides financial assistance to the County Library.
