HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 05122009 - C.43RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Haven Fearn), to execute on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #24–243–48 with R.E.A.C.H. Project, a non-profit corporation, effective April 1, 2009, to amend Contract #24–243–46 (as amended by Contract Amendment Agreement #24–243–47) to make technical adjustments to the fee schedule, with no change in the payment limit of $687,585, and no change in the original term of July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 65% by Federal Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment and Prevention Set-Aside grants, 15% by Federal Drug Medi-Cal, 15% by State Drug Medi-Cal, and 5% by County Juvenile Probation BACKGROUND: On July 22, 2008, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #24 243 46 (as amended by Contract Amendment Agreement #24–243–47) with R.E.A.C.H.
