FISCAL IMPACT: None / No County match 100% State funds BACKGROUND: On October 7, 2008, the Board approved receipt of funds from State of California Department of Community Services and Development for County operation of Weatherization and Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). The effective date of this amendment is retroactive to January 1, 2009.
