ADOPT Ordinance 2009-09 amending Section 33-5.313 of the County Ordinance Code to
re title the classification of Chief Nursing Officer-Exempt to Chief Operations
Officer-Exempt (VWD1).
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no cost associated with this action.
BACKGROUND:
Health Services requested revision and retitlement of the classification to reflect the
re-organization of the medical care management staff. New title redefines the role and
responsibilities of the classification.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If this action is not approved, the current classification title will not reflect the
re-organization or the newly defined role and responsibilities.
