HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 04212009 - C.75RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Wendel Brunner, MD), to execute on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #25–042–13 with Greater Richmond Inter-Faith Program, a non-profit corporation, effective March 15, 2009, to amend Contract #25–042–12, to increase the payment limit by $182,556, from $1,173,373 to a new payment limit of $1,355,929, with no change in the original term of July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded by Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA); Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS); Housing and Urban Development (HUD); Emergency Shelter Grant (FESG); Contra Costa Community Development Department; Contra Costa Employment and Human Services Department,;State Emergency Housing Assistance Program (EHAP); Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) through the cities of Pittsburg, Antioch, and Walnut Creek; Prop 63/Mental Health Services Administration (MHSA); Veterans Administration reimbursement; and County General funds. Approval of Contract Amendment Agreement #25–042–13 will allow the Contractor to provide additional services through June 30, 2009.
