HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 04212009 - C.71RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Jeff Smith, M.D.), to execute on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #26-391-11 with Maxim Healthcare Services, a corporation, effective August 1, 2008, to amend Contract #26-391-7 (as amended by Amendment Agreements #26-391-8 and #26-391-9), to increase the payment limit by $1,800, from $319,000 to a new payment limit of $320,800 with no change in the original term of September 1, 2007 through August 31, 2008. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I. BACKGROUND: On October 9, 2007, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #26-391-7 (as amended by Amendment Agreements #26-391-8 and #26-391-9) with Maxim Healthcare Services, for the period from September 1, 2007 through August 31, 2008, for the provision of nursing registry services at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers.
