HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 04072009 - C.66RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Jeff Smith, M.D.), to execute on behalf of the County, Contract Extension Agreement #26-595-2 with Bay Area Executive Search, Inc., a corporation, effective March 31, 2009, to extend the term from March 31, 2009 through September 30, 2009 with no change in the original Payment Limit of $90,000 for recruitment services for pharmacists at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers. FISCAL IMPACT: None, there is no change in the Contract Payment Limit of $90,000. This Contract is funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I. Contractor will only be paid for recruitment services if a successful candidate is placed with the County.
