HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 04072009 - C.61RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Sherman Quinlan) to execute on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment/Extension Agreement #22–871–7 with Decade Software Company, LLC, a Limited Liability Company, effective March 1, 2009, to amend Contract #22–871 (as amended by Contract Amendment/Extension Agreements #22–871–1 through #22–871–6) to increase the payment limit by $72,000, from $290,620 to a new payment limit of $362,620 and extend the term from April 30, 2009 through April 30, 2010. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Environmental Health program fees.
