HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 04072009 - C.58RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Jeff Smith, M.D.) to execute on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #26-327-21 with On Assignment Staffing Services, Inc., a corporation, effective January 16, 2009, to amend Contract #26-327-19 (as amended by Amendment Agreement #26-327-20), to increase the payment limit by $170,000, from $2,285,000 to a new payment limit of $2,455,000 with no change in the original term of June 1, 2008 through May 31, 2009. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I. Approval of Contract Amendment Agreement #26-327-21 will allow the Contractor to provide additional temporary help services at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers, through May 31, 2009.
