FISCAL IMPACT: None BACKGROUND: Ms. Ejiwunmi, who holds an At-Large position on the Managed Care Commission (MCC), has not attended a meeting since January 2008, and all attempts to reach her by phone, e-mail, and U.S. mail have failed. Per MCC bylaws, three consecutive unexcused absences or four unexcused absences in a rolling 12-month year will be considered a resignation from the MCC.
