FISCAL IMPACT: None. BACKGROUND: On January 27, 2009, the Board directed the Department to draft an ordinance which would establish that the terms of the members of the East County Regional Planning Commission are coterminous with the supervisorial terms of office for District III and District V. The proposed Ordinance 2009-07 provides for this change. On March 17, 2009, Ordinance No. 2009-07 was introduced, the reading was waived and March 31, 2009 was fixed for adoption of the ordinance.
