HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 03172009 - C.05RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2009/100 approving the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement, for Subdivision 05-08952, for project being developed by Shapell Homes, a Division of Shapell Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corp., as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District III) FISCAL IMPACT: None. BACKGROUND: Public Works staff has reviewed and processed Subdivision Agreement 05-08952 and has determined that all applicable conditions of approval for final map approval have been satisfied. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The final map and subdivision agreement will not be approved. The final map will not be recorded.
