HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 03172009 - C.61RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Art Lathrop), to execute on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #23–366–10 with Ecology and Environment, Inc., a corporation, effective March 1, 2009, to amend Contract #23–366–2 (as amended by subsequent amendment agreements #23-366-3 through #23-366-9), to increase the payment limit by $18,750 from $167,645, to a new total of $186,395, with no change in the original term of April 1, 2006 through August 31, 2009. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Federal Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) National Bioterrorism Hospital Preparedness Program, through the State Department of Health Services. No County funds are required.
