FISCAL IMPACT: 100% Metropolitan Transportation Commission BACKGROUND: On September 24, 2002 (Item C.30), the Board of Supervisors authorized Employment and Human Services Department (EHSD) to apply for and accept Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) grant funding to fund the Keeping Employment Equals Your Success (KEYS) Auto Loan program.
