FISCAL IMPACT: $300,000: 30% County; 70% State Child Welfare Allocation BACKGROUND: Random substance abuse testing and Sweat Patch testing are court-required services and are ordered as part of the client service plan. Laboratory results are submitted for inclusion in the Court Hearing(s) on Child Welfare Family Maintenance and Reunification cases.
