WHEREAS, a County-State Master Agreement No. 04-5928 for Federal Aid projects
has been approved by the Board on June 21, 1977; and
The Public Works Director having recommended Program Supplement No. 34,
which provides $485,000 in Federal funds for the restoration of the Ygnacio
Valley Road slide in Concord, be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors
is AUTHORIZED to execute Program Supplement No. 34.
