IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the petition is REFERRED to the Director of Health Services and the County Administrator. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the issue of the process used to evaluate the effectiveness of the County's Mental Health programs is REFERRED to the Health Services Director and Nu-Med. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the County Administrator is REQUESTED to schedule a workshop with the Mental Health Advisory Board to discuss related issues. The Board presented Certificates of Appreciation to persons responsible for the operation of the various Contra Costa County Nutrition Project for the Elderly nutrition sites . 2. The Board heard a presentation by representatives of the Greater Richmond Committee on Aging urging the Board to expedite review of their funding request . 3. The Board received a letter from the County Adminis- trator transmitting the County' s Affirmative Action Program Annual Report for 1983, and requested that a presentation on the report be made to the Board , to be scheduled at a later date .
