Lewis Contract Penny A. Lewis Grant of 09/05/84 Easement Payment is for a drainage easement consisting of 1,350 square feet of land and miscellaneous landscaping. Marinus and Right of Way 10/23/84 Marinus and $870.00 Y.E. Visser Contract Y.E. Visser Grant of 09/06/84 Easement Payment is for a drainage easement consisting of 2,000 square feet of land and miscellaneous landscaping. Wesley Ray and Right of Way 10/23/84 Wesley Ray $365.00 Rosemary Dugger Contract & Rosemary Dugger Grant of 08/28/84 Easement Payment is for a drainage easement consisting of 1,200 square feet of land and miscellaneous landscaping. Ronald B. and Right of Way 10/23/84 Ronald B. and $405.00 Linda Kelch Contract Linda Kelch Grant of 08/28/84 Easement Payment is for a drainage easement consisting of 1,450 square feet of land and miscellaneous landscaping. The County Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to execute the above Right of Way Contracts on behalf of the District. The County Auditor-Controller is AUTHORIZED to draw warrants to the payees in the amounts specified to be forwarded to the County Real Property Division for delivery. The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to have said Easements recorded in the Office of the County Recorder.
