HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 10161984 - X.3 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on October 16, 1984 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak $ Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: Supervisor Powers ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Relocation Agreement for Marsh Creek Road Slide Repair, Project- No. 0671-6R6709-83, Clayton Area. The Public Works Director has advised that a contract has been awarded for the Marsh Creek Road Slide Repair, that the work within the Pacific Gas and Electric Company right-of-way requires relocation of their facilities, and that said work estimated to cost $7,500 must be performed by an actual cost contract agreement with Pacific Gas and Electric Company; and The Public Works Director has recommended that the Board approve said agreement and that he be authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the Board. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Public Works Director's recommendations are APPROVED.
