dents of East Contra Costa County expressing concern about
reduction of ambulance services in far East Contra Costa
County, which in addition to being remote and isolated , has
the largest population of senior citizens in the County;
also , letter dated October 12, 1984 from Harry Freed ,
President , Board of' Directors , Stoneman Village , 390 E .
Leland Road , Pittsburg 94565, urging the Board to take
action to maintain the current level of ambulance service
in the area ,
