(Supervisors ' Salaries)
The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors ordains as follows
(omitting the parenthetical footnotes from the official text. of
the enae-ted or amended provisions of the County Ordinance Code) :
SECTION I . Section 24-26. 006 of the County Ordinance Code is
amended, to increase supervisors' salaries, to read:
24-26 . 006 Supervisors. Each supervisor, for service as
such, shall receive a base monthly salary of $2 , 740. 00, plus
reimbursement for reasonable expenses necessarily incurred in
the conduct of such office and such other benefits as are
provided other elected county officers and management employees,
such as the county administrator. (Ords. 84- , 84-34 , 81-68 ,

SECTION II. • 60-DAY EFFECTIVE DATE. Pursuant to Government
Code Sec. 25123.5 and Elections Code Sec. 3752, this ordinance
becomes effective 60 days after passage, and within 15 days of
passage shall be published once with the names of supervisors
voting for and against it in the Rossmoor News a newspaper
published in this County.
PASSED on October 16, 1984 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson
NOES: Supervisor Fanden
ABSENT: Supervisor Fpwers
ABSTAIN: Supervisors - None

ORDINANCE NO. 84-51 Numbering o ection 530-2.103, added by Ordinance 84-13)
The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors ordains as follows (omitting the
parenthetical footnotes from the official text of the enacted or amended provi-
sions of the County Ordinance Code) :
SECTION I. Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to renumber Section
T3-0--2.103, Penalties, added by Section I of Ordinance No. 84-13, to Section
530-2.1003.
SECTION II. Section 530-2.103, Penalties, added by Section I of Ordinance No.
84-13, is hereby repealed, but the identical provisions are readopted in Section
III, as Section 530-2.1003.
SECTION III. Section 530-2.1003 is added to the Ordinance Code, to read:
530-2.1003. Penalties. Pursuant to Section
51-4.404, every violation of this division is a mis-
demeanor and punishable as such, except that failure to
file a timely report as required by Section 530-2.802 is
an infraction punishable by a fine of one hundred
dollars ($100).

SECTION IV. EFFECTIVE DATE.
This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after passage, and within 15 days
after passage shall be published once, with the names of the supervisors voting
for and against it, in the Martinez News Gazette , a newspaper
published in this County.
