THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF CONTRA COSTA
RESOLUTION NO. 3413
AUTHORIZING COLLECTION LOSS WRITE-OFF=`
WHEREAS., certain accounts of vacated tenants have been determined to be
uncollectible by management, and;
WHEREAS, a majority of these tenants accounts .have been, or will be turned
over to a collection agency for continuing collection efforts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Housing
Authority of the County of Contra Costa that the following amounts
be written off for collection loss of the quarter ending December
31, 1983:

Program
Dwelling Rent E 2,810.44
Legal Charges 655.00
Maintenance & Other Surcharges 294.73
$ 3,760.17
January 31 , 1984
ADOPTED ON by the following vote of the Commissioners:
AYES: Powers , :Fanden , Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
