SUBJECT: Approval of Extension of Subdivision Agreement, Subdivision
MS 280-77, Oakley Area.
The Public Works Director having recommended that he be authorized
to execute an agreement extending the Subdivision Agreement between Leonard
Shannon, Dwight Meadows, and Tony Cutino and the County for construction of
.certain improvements in Subdivision MS 280-77, Oakley area, through January 27,
1985;
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the recommendation of the Public
Works Director is APPROVED.
