Order on January 24, 1984 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers, Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: None SUBJECT: Resolution of Intention to Sell RESOLUTION NO. 84/ 43 County Surplus Real Property Vacant Lot at the Northwest Corner (Gov't Code Section 25363) of Pacheco Blvd. and Inez Avenue Martinez Area Project No. 0662-604123 The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: The Board DETERMINES that the parcel of vacant land, acquired for highway purposes, described in the Notice of Intention to Sell Real Property attached hereto and incor- porated herein, is surplus and not required for public use. The Board DECLARES its intention to sell said property under the terms and conditions contained in the Notice of Public Land Sale dated January 24, 1984, for said property prepared by the County Real Property Division. The Notice of Public Land Sale is APPROVED and the Clerk of this Board is DIRECTED to post the attached Notice of Intention to Sell Real Property for five days prior to said sale in three (3) public places in the County for that period; pursuant to Government Code Section 25363. The Board sets February 29, 1984 at 2:00 p.m. at the office of the Real Property Division, 255 Glacier Drive, Martinez, California, as the time and place where oral bids will be received and considered. The Board hereby FINDS that the project is exempt from Environmental Impact Report requirements as a Class 12 Categorical Exemption under County Guidelines and DIRECTS the Public Works Director to file a Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk. Pacheco Blvd. • at Inez Avenue EXHIBIT •A" A portion of Lots 14 and 15, in Block 21, as designated on the map of the Condon Addition, filed November 24, 1915 in Book 14 of Maps, at page 293, in the office of the Recorder of Contra Costa County, California, and a portion of the Rancho Las Juntas, described as follows: Beginning on the westerly line of said Lot 15 at the most easterly corner of the parcel of land described in deed to Contra Costa County recorded April. 149 1967 in Book 5347 at page 204 of Official Records of said County; thence from said point of beginning South 710 11' 37" east 49.90 feet; thence south- easterly along the arc of a tangent curve, concave to the northeast having a radius of 600.00 feet through a central angle of 50 11' 550, a distance of 54.44 feet to the easterly line of said Lot 14; thence, non-tangent to said curve along the said easterly line and its northerly prolongation, north 00 57' 50" east 110.45 feet to the northeasterly corner of that parcel of land described in deed to Contra Costa County recorded February 18, 1966 in Book 5061 at page 695 of Official Records of said County; thence along the northerly line of said County parcel (5061 OR 695) north 890 02' 10" west 100.00 feet to the northerly prolongation of the said westerly line of Lot 15 (14 M 293) ; thence, along said prolongation and westerly line of said Lot 15, south 00 57' 50" west 80.85 feet to the point of beginning.
