($135,413 in-kind match)   C. 52 APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Employment and Human Services Director, or designee, to accept funding from the Assistance League of Diablo Valley in an amount not to exceed $12,000 for the Independent Living Skills Program, Senior Year Scholarship Program for foster youth residing in Contra Costa County for the period September 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014.
